PROCEDURE FOR LISTING A PROPERTY ON THE WESTFORD BRIDGE WEBSITE:

The Westford Bridge website (www.westfordbridge.co.za) is primarily an in-house information medium for the benefit of home owners, their families and guests, as well as providing an insight to outsiders as to the benefits of living on the estate. While it provides the facility for listing properties that are for sale, it is not a commercial selling tool, which is the domain of the relevant agents, therefore the HOA cannot be involved in any of the selling processes.

Information regarding building procedures, architectural design criteria, operating protocol for contractors etc are all available on the site and can be accessed via the BUILDING GUIDELINES.  In addition, details of the constitution (Memorandum of Incorporation), House Rules and Utilities/Services are listed under the GENERAL INFO tab. Prospective buyers should be able to find answers to their queries without recourse to anyone.

Should a potential buyer however still wish to meet with an HOA committee member please click here to contact us.

LISTING A PROPERTY FOR SALE ON THE WEBSITE (www.westfordbridge.co.za)

All requests for listing a property on the website must be made by the home owner (not the agent) please click here to contact us.

Details that should accompany the request are:
• 2 or 3 pictures of the property/views etc.
• Brief description of the property
• Price (optional)
• Agents logo and contact details

By way of example, all listings will emulate the format used for properties currently listed under the PROPERTIES FOR SALE tab, so owners should consult this section as a guide as to what data is required and what the lay-out will look like.

Please note that it may take a week or so for the property to be listed using our own design discretion, to compile the listing and add the property to the site. There is no charge for listing a property on the website, it is a service to our home owners.

SIGNAGE:

The Westford Bridge House Rules ban all forms of signage on the estate.
