Our estate is privileged to be part of a 137 ha private nature reserve, which is criss-crossed by kilometers of beautiful walking trails, meandering through traditional Cape fynbos, indigenous forest and riverine marshlands. There are walks to suit everyone, from a short amble to the river’s edge to a ninety-minute forest walk or for the brave and fit a combination of all the walks into a full morning’s outing.
Please take care when walking the trails as some may be a little rough or slippery underfoot, particularly after rain. Keep dogs on a leash at all times and leave only your footprints behind.
Our Trails Map identifies each of the walks, with an estimated duration based on average fitness. All walks are colour-coded and easy to follow, so get out there and enjoy!
